Nowt wrong with reading Harry Potter books - well-written, appeal to adults and children alike, full of humour and examples of courage and good deeds in the face of adversity. Bit like this forum, I suppose.

  • Hi hypno - that's great news on the Virgin card :) It's all coming together!

Just think how good that chocolate will taste in 40 days time (advice from a lapsed Catholic...)

There may not be too many congrats Bob - I don't know what the credit limit is yet! I just hope it is something that is worthwhile and I can actually DO something with!

When will you find out your limit? I think we're all waiting as eagerly as you! My DH got a ridiculous offer on his last one...double what he'd asked for!!! Now that would have made one amazing caravan but I did resist! Just!

You're box system is being used by many on the payment a day thread! xx

Difficult choice - wait 40 days then eat stale chocolate, or eat it now before it goes off and get struck down by lightning......don't suppose a trade would be acceptable, say Brussels sprouts instead of chocolate?

Oooo me to BOB - I was gutted when they pushed the release back from Nov '08 to Jul '09 (I think that's when it is) - how sad am I :rotfl:

    Sorry for hi-jack Hypno

Not sure about the giving up chocolate thing though, I've started eating again, after a rather half-hearted attempt at giving up during February, I did manage 10 days but I don't think I could of gone on any longer, not once those 4 Mars bars for a £1 at the Co-op kept calling me :rotfl:
