I think it is excellent when everyone enjoys the snow! Far better to be on a tea tray getting bumped and bruised and having a laugh than to be miserable because you are cooped up indoors! Good for her!! These days happen so rarely, we have to make the most of them......says she still stuck at her desk with no chance of nipping off home early!

lucielle, I think the snow is too wet here to be of any use for skiing on, although DS was hopeful of a day off school tomorrow after plenty of snow tonight so that he could go and ski, but then he saw the weather forecast that says it is going to rain.......ah well, he will just have to wait until he goes to Norway on Saturday - plenty of snow there :D

    Surfbabe, Braintree.

We were selling sledges this morning but ran out at 9.45, I was very disappointed for the kids that were too late.

Well despite there being none in the city, there has been a good amount at home, so I had another of those walks from the bus stop that could double up as a "dancing on ice" audition!

Came home to the news that the student's grandpa has died - such a shame, a combination of 18th birthday/bereavement........pants!

Hope everyone is wrapped up warm.
