Morning everyone. We've got a couple of inches but the school is open (it's 1 minute walk from the house so things would have to be bad for us not to get there!). I'm not going out....i'm allergic to snow and that's the story i'm sticking too!!! Hope you have a good day and Hypno, keep an eye on that weather, you don't want to get stuck at work!! xx

Good to see your totals coming down hypno, we should have a party when you are rid of egg. Give virgin a ring, they rejected me too. when i phoned they put me through to an underwriter i think, i gave them a detailed plan of how i intend to get rid of my debts so the gave me the exact amount i needed for the balance transfer. They still want you as they get the 3% from transfering the balance. they also said when they see a few months of payments on the account they will increase the limit if i want to transfer a second balance to them. it might make a difference giving them a ring as they really looked into my individual circumstances.

Morning - well theres quite a bit of snow in my part of Essex - All the schools are closed - good job cos the one I work at is very rural with no major roads near it and steep hills to get into and out of the village. Have been out with DD - haven't got sledges anymore but she used a tea tray - which works just as well !! She is still out - well she is 17 !!! I've come back cos I've got fizzy feet !!

DH is home as well so he is making marmalade and soup - not in the same pan you understand!

Hope everyone has a good day - Oh yeas DS text'd from Sandhurst - lots and ots of snow there so they are having snowball fights and making snow men !!!

Lots of snow here in too. I have cancelled my appointments and had a duvet morning! Naughty I know. But its just too cold for my bones to venture out!!.

Well, I'm at work.....it is snowing but not causing any problems.....so can't complain (or get a day off!).

Have just spent £27 in Tesco and £36 on a birthday present - it is the student's 18th so I have bought lots of yummies - well, it is a special birthday and she is away from home, so cakes and choccies are the order of the day I reckon (not that I will personally benefit in any way whatsoever.....)
