Evening Hypno!
Your feet sound excruciating! I'm getting into the frame of mind on the whole running thing! Royal Victoria Dock is actually quite a big place so the thinking is I can do 2 circuits of that and get a mile or two as I haven't run since school (about 8 1/2 years ago now...)
Then extend round the Albert dock! That'll give me 5 miles! I seem to be compulsively eating at the moment, just can't stop. I can say no in my head but before I know it and I look down and two chocolate wrappers have appeared and I'm feeling all temporarily contented! :rotfl::beer: Debt Free since July 2011 and it feels good!
Now it's all about finding a deposit for a house!
How do you amass £70k in a year?! :eek:0 -
Ouch to the blisters Hypno, impressive though they sound.
But as for the yellow stuff    "stings" is too mild a word..............0 -
Hi Hypno & all!
Blilsters sound very nasty. Think I'll avoid those by keeping my feet firmly up on the sofa for the forseeable future. Thanks for the warning!0 -

moo2moo - you were lucky - I only got a single go today!
The blisters, and the neck/shoulder are both sore today. I will decide later whether I shall run, but I feel the sensible answer would be "no".
I slept well, but still feel really tired - I need another few decent nights before I get back into balance I reckon.
Anyway, hope you all have a good day!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
