thanks for your wonderful inspiration, im going to go and have a go on the wii fit now.x

It is so cold that if I had a wii fit, I would choose to do 85 mins on that rather than going outside!!!

I need to head into a hot shower and then get a hot water bottle to snuggle with I think!

Oh good you're back Hypno, as you can see we had little moment where we were running amok on your thread, only running I'm ever likely to do :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

7.9 miles  , I'm exhausted thinking about it, as I've said before puts my little 2 1/2 mile daily walk (stroll) to shame :o

    ooh spam.jam - a close shave there with the fitness lark......phew! :D

Inky - many people don't ever walk 2.5 miles in a day, so don't put yourself down! That's pretty good! Not everyone is mad enough to train for a marathon :o

I almost managed a NSD today but we got bottles of drink from the vending machine after karate/running because we forgot to bring water with us and it is half an hour home, and we were parched after all that healthy activity

And my extremely inconsiderate friend has moved from being just 200 yards down the road so i can't sweat on the doorstep any more!!!:rotfl: :rotfl:

Double scratch today everyone - I got a 50p one so not bad.

I've got a mystery shop to do after work today, but other than that, nothing moneysaving planned.......I should go for another run this evening if I have the energy/inclination, but right now my head tells me that I am too tired to even contemplate it :o

But first...a day at work to get through - I am really tired but hopefully will be ok once I actually get going!

Have a good day everyone x

    Morning.

Didn't want to get out of bed today. I think i'm fed up with the cold and dark mornings.

Well done on your run last night. Just done scratches, only 10p x 4 (because dh does it as well) ;). 50p on tab scratch though.

    Have a good day everyone.
