You are lucky with the scratchcards Hypno :) Fabby!

Could someone run the squares thing past me again? I remember vaguely, but I like the idea of a visual image and colouring - lol!!!

Squares....did I hear the word squares. I got this from Hypno so all credit to her: take the debt you're trying to pay off and divide it into doable amounts (mine are £50). Then put all those squares on a piece of paper and each time you pay one off you colour it in. It's a great visual way of seeing what you've acheived. Once i've paid of this last card i'm going to do it for the mortgage too. Get those coloured pencils out and have fun xx

  • This is the first time I had to look beyond page three for Hypno's diary!

I am shocked! SHOCKED I TELLS YA!!!

Page 7 I found it on!

Hope everyone is well. Found out that this contract could last until May as a minimum so that's good as whilst it's not the level of pay I am expecting or wanting, it GIVES ME TIME!!!! :j

No MSE stuff today! That will be Friday!
 Debt Free since July 2011 and it feels good!

Now it's all about finding a deposit for a house!

How do you amass £70k in a year?!

    Hello Walshy
You're right it has been quiet on here today.
Good news about the contract, I got offered a temp role today but turned it down as it would be about £5k pa less than what I normally earn
    So still looking :o
Assume Hypno, it out doing that healthy running marlarkey while the mini-hypno's are at karate.

    She's either
    Running or
running about after her family or
    running after some extra earnings......

I had to take a 6k pay cut for this role!

I worked it out yesterday and almost walked out there and then! :rotfl:

I would presume too but no doubt there's some mystery shop doing things!

  • That about sums it up OO.:rotfl:
Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:
  • Now everyone comes out of the woodwork!

I knew everyone was here somewhere!

In my boredom, I'm listening to Beyonce's new album... Not bad! I like the second CD, more boogy like! :j
