I can never remember my password when I ring up Sky, and it has never caused me a problem, they just ask for the other stuff, Mums maiden name date of birth or the like.

Freesat for £20 (You won't get E4 or More 4) or one of the mixes that Andrew has told you about, Half price for 4 months ie £7.50 for 2 mixes.

If you can receive it you could always blow £30 on a freeview box and get all the usual terrestrial channels plus, BBC3, BBC4,ITV 2,3 and4, E4 and More4 and so on.
