AnW'sMum I think you might have mentioned it once or twice ;) As for the chapstick, probably hiding with mine somewhere.
    Gryfon well done
Michelle - Hope it goes ok at the GPs. Good idea taking everything upstairs, I always leave bed sheets and clothes close to hand too when mine are poorly so I'm not wandering/searching tired.
Nikki, I'd keep out of his car decision then if he picks the wrong one he can't blame you. Alfas however are very expensive if ever need fixing!
    Welcome spam.jam
toochoosey I think I would probably go for purple too

Thanks for the positive thoughts, I had scribbled my number on some paper in her file to say to call if she needs anything, very proud lady who tries to be the tough cookie, I think she's booked into one of my things on Monday evening so hopefully see her there, adrenalin frenzy calmed now.

I need to bake, because I have bags of flour with Dec 2008 dates, over 10 bags I think :o including plain, SR and bread. I have used flour out of date before but it might kick my bum into baking more and buying less :o sooooo I'm going to hunt for ideas...pancakes, that's a good idea for some of the plain flour, I likes pancakes :D
One day I might be more organised...........

Didn't find the lip balm but did find some nivea cream so that will have to do for now. About to search my work bag, see what I can find in the depths there.

A new bag :D I won't have time to do anything other than rush home, drop A & W next door, get changed and rush back out.

one good point of only working lunchtime - sorry -
  • spamjam sorry not you - some plumber guy - welcome, sorry if i scared you

lil-me can i suggest toad in the hole as you fancied it when i made it. Chilli pancakes are good. Mince pies/jam tarts? Charlie didn't eat much today, but he did wolf down one of my mince pies in his lucid non-ill feeling patch after the 3 hour kip this morning.

Right, think i had best log off in a minute, as i am struggling badly and who knows what sleep i will manage, so might as well start early. See you all tomorrow.

Have caught up on the thread a bit.

Load in washing machine has just finished so will get them on the clothes horse. See it was bathroom day but did that on Sunday.

My flylady skills are coming in handy at my new work place. Most days are spent driving the ladies to various activities/appointments etc. Because they are so short staffed the cleaning has been missed a bit. I dont drive so have told the manager I will clean a room a shift. Did the kitchen yesterday much to the ladies amusement. They kept making me cups of tea.

lil-me Im sorry to hear about Megan. A diificult decision to make but Im sure you will know the right time. Sounds like you have a lovely vet. Hope the lady is ok from your course.

    juliejim Belated birthday greetings.

    Summermoon hugs.

SS Big hugs for you and your friend and her family. Positive vibes for the wee boy. I will ask the angels to help.

Chunky Hugs for you and your family.

Lady_Liberty. Glad you got the tests over with ok. Thinking of you and sending positive healing vibes.

Michelle hugs for you and the boys. Hope they pick up soon and healing vibes for you all too.

pigpen Glad you got your water back on and good luck tonight.

g&b Loved the recipe and was laughing out loud. The cat thinks Ive gone mad.

kazmeister Hope you feel better soon and healing vibes for you.

Im sure six other people live here without me knowing. Unless its the cat making the mess.

Ooops and welcome to spam jam
