Right baby put down for nap with minimal whining. Earlier than usual but must have been what she needed. She was awake just before 7 this morning which isn't usual.

Soup is smelling lovely and I'm hungry so think I might have some toast now. My done list is:

    Soup on
    Dishwasher on
    Washing machine on
Wet washing hung out to dry
    More clothes sorted into boxes
Christmas pudding taken out of steamer and smells lovely as well!

At the moment you walk through the kitchen and you get a whiff of soup near Stanley and then a whiff of Christmas pud the other side of the room :D

Going to see if I can sort all of the clothes downstairs after toast then I may be brave enough to start on our bedroom which is just piles of unsorted clean clothes and seems rather scary!

lol thinking the same here, I have just started to clear stuff off the floor so I can get to the wardrobe. I bet there are some of A&W's clothes that have been waiting so long to go away that they no longer fit :o Also found a load of my shorts still waiting to go away after the non summer we had.

I need to get this sorted so that I can put boxes there to temporarily store everyone elses Christmas presents which I need to start wrapping.

I can get to the wardrobe but can't shut the doors, but I think it'll take a miracle to get the the drawers underneath! Roll on having a fitted wardrobe I can fit everything in and actually get to it!

Ok AnW'sMum...fancy a 20 minutes at least trying to get to the wardrobe? I think that'll be long enough for clearing as it'll all get thrown on the bed and if I don't clear the bed before bedtime I'll get moaned at!

heheeh we must be twins then as my bed is covered and I have resolved to put it away rather than back on the floor :rotfl:

It was only 15 minutes but I'm back!

So far on the bed I have a huge pile of coats (Mr G took down the coat rack and hasn't put it back again, I told my brother to put them in my room, meaning my study, but he stuck them all in the bedroom) and I have a pile of summer stuff and things I'm going to slim into (yes I will slim into them and I do have room to store them!). Brought a pile of clean clothes downstairs to put into these boxes I have ready and sorted those. The plan is to clear the wardrobes apart from the hanging items and then those can be moved and my new wardrobes started.

Just need to put some more boxes up as I have more things to put in them :) Be right back!

Ooo it's looking rather organised with everything boxes. Just need to clear the spare bed of clothes so I can stick all the boxes on there. Will also be easier when I'm looking for a single sheet to be able to just grab one rather than searching. Think I might go and grab another pile and go through that as well before lunch...I'm hungry!

OK can't see the bed for clothes!!!! Been through a bag of clothes I was given ages ago (can't remember who or when :o) Some if it is already too small for Miss A BUT I did find a denim jacket which should be big enough for her which she can wear when we go to see Quo next Wednesday :D

WM is now on with half of the stuff I found on the floor! And I hoovered the 6 foot x 18inch wide bit of carpet I have found :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
