    Good Morning:)

The blooming delivery didnt come yesterday!! Apparently its because I dont live on the mainland!!! And it takes an extra day to get to me,,,,,,so yet again I have to wait in today!! This happened on Friday I waited and waited, and nothing, nada, zilch so I rang them and i was promised it would be sat.....again i waited....nothing again and the company only opened until 1pm so when i rang at 5 the polite answering machine service informed me that i would have to wait until monday..........two things came on monday, and when i rang them to complain that i had been "housebound" I was told that i shouldnt have been told this, then promptly promised that the rest of the stuff i ordered would be here on tuesday.....it didnt come and i rang yesterday.......it was showing as dispatched.....but again i was promised that it would be here today!!!!!!!! so patiently waiting today again!!! If it doesnt come today, I will be ringing them and asking them for a goodwill gesture!!

We have this problem too - it can take days for parcels to arrive. Joys of living across (or in the middle of :rotfl:) the Irish Sea :D

    Morning all.
I'm supposed to be doing a panto for the kids at nursery today, but I feel like crap. Hopefully it's just a morning thing and i'll feel better later.
I'm out all day today so will fly tonight when I get home, I dont have work tonight so will hopefully feel a bit fresher tomorrow morning.

I must go and sort out DS1 uniform, and Wake up DS2. Second day in a row he's slept in, they are both usually up at about 6.30. Hope he doesnt go all ggrumpy from being woke up.

Hope everyone understood all that, feels like I've been babbling for hours.

 Morning all! Hugs to those who need them and also those who don't! Had a quick skim through posts but brain isn't in gear yet. Chilly here but then I only have a T-shirt on which probably isn't helping!

Hmmm DD1 (who's 9) has just asked if she can walk DS (who's 6) to school. Now I don't mind her walking to school but DS can be a bit unpredictable at times although 99% of the time he is good. I've told her maybe next year. I don't mind them walking the 5 minutes or so when I part walk them to school but I think I'd be too nervous if it's a whole 20 minutes :D Also maybe when she has a phone so when she gets to school she can let me know, and I don't want her to have one until she's out of single figures. Makes me wonder how we managed but then I don't think there were so many cars around!

Mr G is working till 2 today so I only have DD2 to worry about. The kitchen looks like a bombsite so need to try and grab that back from disaster. Longing for the day when I can just do the lists posted!
Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

  • Quick good morning, everyone.

Feel like cr*p after a rubbish sleep (back to work insomnia!) and changing sheet at 4.00am, coz DH was poorly.

Anyway, still maintaining the dailies and planning to blitz tomorrow after the solicitor's appointment. Working with colleague today and Friday, but said I'm driving myself because she will want to smoke in the car. If HO query my expenses, I'll tell them it's a Health & Safety issue ( my health - her safety!:rotfl:)

Lil_me - my brother used to call me A..G..N . Sending email with attachment for DS2. (coz I'm special :D) (still attaching - tried zip file, but may have to send separately, a few at a time!)

Mudbath - thinking of you today.

Hugs and guardian :A to all in need today. Have a good day. May pop in tonight after massage class but DD dying my hair! x
