So much for being around today!!!! I walked the pooch with my lovely friend, then came back and had coffee. By the time she went it was 12.30! (it was lovely seeing her tho!) Then I whizzed to Lidl, but needed to have a wee so badly I had to come home before nipping to sainsburys!!!!!

By the time I'd got back from that it was time to do the school run!!!! So that's me done!

I'm out buying charms for the girls' charm bracelets with my Mum tomorrow. It's our annual tradition. She's been buying charms for them since they were babies. Their bracelets are amazing now. Lucky girls! (she'll get lunch too... good job, did I mention I'm on a budget??? ;) )

    Ok....

Flower hope the neck is better soon, mine does that sometimes, annoying isn't it. Don't worry about the parcels, lol, there is another 3 and I just get them redelivered when I am in.
kazw can you not get an office cat or something, you wouldn't need to feed it with all those free squeakers
wannabe sybil many of us don't catch up/keep up, too many gobby monsters on here, just as long as the lists help, keep posting. With the little one if he's just a baby try little vacuums frequently, set a time for how long you will vacuuum for, say 1 minute, then stick to it, he might then get used to the fact it only lasts for a limited time. If he hates it and you switch it off because he cries, he'll cry to make it stop, because it works. Babies ain't daft!
Tia thank you :D lovely to see you pop in, don't iron too much, it's bad for you ((hugs)) back to you and I hope little DS2 is better soon, we've all had the poo/sick bug here and it's not nice.
embb mine was £30, it's over 6ft tall however as it's bigger than DP and he's over 6ft...

Forgot to add, DPs cars broken down, it's not even 8 months old so he's furious! Back at the garage, goodness knows when he'll get it back, I think they've had it as much as we have since he got it.

I best go see if I have rolls in the freezer for tomorrow, might have to bake some if I don't.....forgot about that. Then make kids food and do some of my room, I am going to drag the winter duvet out from under the bed because I'm sick of DP stealing the whole duvet because he's cold.

Edit to add, before I go, my MACAW, I've spent 40p on peppers (reduced as were wrinkly) and £5.50 on a new flask for DP, oh and £2.99 (didn't realise how expensive it was!!) on Bovril for his flasks. I also deleted 100 emails :D
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200

I've made it a year out of date before and he's not moaned, sure it'll be fine :D He prefers the jar stuff which is what I bought, I'm still in shock that it was £2.99, probably cheaper elsewhere? I went to the coop as it's all I needed so didn't want to drive somewhere else.

Oh and don't hug me too much I have wind :o whiffs a bit in here :rotfl: I blamed the dog when DS2 asked what the smell was ......... might have been the healthy salad at lunch (it was free so had to have some!)

(Darn everyone knows I ain't got off my fat (windy) butt yet :o)

Flylady cards posted, another 'too big for your postbox' parcel I fear lil_me

    Rant alert

*Grrrrrr SIL sent me a text yesterday saying are we ok as they had not heard from us and we said we were going to MIL last w/e. From memory I never promised a visit as I knew we had a lot on and might not make it. Been a busy week and then W's Godfather was here this w/e. Sent a text back saying all ok etc etc but knew when I phoned (as apparently the phones only work in one direction around here  ) there would be tension. Sure enough when I called just now to try and arrange for A & W to go up on Friday afternoon after school (first opportunity) she said no as they are out. Fariy snuff I say what about Sunday as we have other stuff on every other day. 'Yes ok Sunday if you just want to drop the kids and call back later for them' in a sarcastic 'only if you can fit us in' type of tone :mad::mad::mad: arrghhhhhhhhh I meant for us all to go (and we will all go) but now I feel like I don't want to go at all.

She said our answerphone was playing up everytime she called, I know it has been playing up a bit but I KNOW she hasn't tried calling as I 1471 almost everytime I get in the door. Plus if the landline was acting up there is my mobile which I always have on me and is on 24/7. MIL and SIL used to wind DH up saying he was not keeping in touch and I would say let it go, it's their loss if they don't come to see us (apparently no roads lead to our house either if you get my drift) but now I am getting convinced that they think I am deliberately staying away and keeping A&W away which could not be further from the truth.

Just after DH died apparently MIL said to SIL 'Do you think AnW'sMum will let us see the children' I was so angry when I heard this several months later, I thought to myself well if that's what you think I am like then a. you don't know me, b. you obviously don't know your son either if you think he would marry someone that would do that.

    *rant off*

Oooops sorry that went on a bit! Thanks for reading if you have got this far :rotfl:

I had better go and get dinner organised as Miss A is at a Carol service with cubs later. My mum is taking her as it will be too late for W who is still tired from the weekend.

Lil_me glad yours was £30 cause it mens I haven't been done :p mind you mines only little but it's 6 ft wide  looked tiny in the shop.... had to shift OH's recliner to next to the door where he wont be able to see the tele very well :D

Tree finished and it looks gorgeous, gone for simple this year, just static white lights and baubles - nothing else, much to littleys dismay, she was told that she has her own tree in her room and she can fill that to her hearts content. She didn't do much helping though, put 5 baubles on  :D kids eh!

Still got to do my bedoom.....
