The NUTTER is Back!!!!!

Hi folks, i had questions a few days ago about blocking a nutcase bidder, who wouldnt pay and then started threatening behaviour if I didnt take her lower offer(which was not worth my while,in fact would have cost ME money),anyway, the pillock went away, today shes back.....................
it goes along these lines..........
you should have contacted me before giving me an unpaid strike, you ****, I TRIED to pay you but you wouldnt accept it,now i ve got bad feedback!!
This is translated,as I couldnt spell(wrongly)!!,or didnt care to share with others the intimate details of the message.
The upshot is however, her abuse has made me REALLY ANGRY,I didnt report her/unpaid strike her,IT MUST HAVE BEEN ANOTHER UNPAID SELLER!!!
I had gathered from her delightful message interludes that she was, let us say, a few sandwiches short of the old picnic, and I didnt want to bait the bear/pull the pin out of the grenade,it wasnt worth it,so AT THE TIME I TOLD HER... I was unable to complete the transaction, and we would leave it at that, but NOW, IM REALLY TEMPTED to complain to ebay about what I deem as totally UNREASONABLE behaviour.
What would you lot do,I have emailed her telling her very politely how upset:p I am at her comments, and demanding an apology, I knoww youll all say, should ave unpaid strike her, but she was a fruit, and I succombed, she played the I AM DISABLED CARD,NOT TOO F***ING DISABLED TO BID,TOO DISABLED TO PAY FOR IT!!!!!!!!
ARGHHHHHHHHH, what would you lot do,can I get her struck of ,ive blocked her anyway, please help!!!!!!!!!!

I'd put in a complaint with eBay, and an unpaid strike too. You should block her from your auctions (I forget how to do that, been a while) as well, better to be safe.We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

All the more reason to give a strike. My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
I blocked her last week, Ive now had another message from her saying she knows i ve blocked her, because the cheeky mare was going to bid on another of my items and couldnt!!!!!! Shes saying ebay are saying that ive NPD'D her, what a load of rot,she suspects that I have given her an UNPAID STRIKE unknowingly??? I thought to do this was quite a process, could I have done this unknowingly?????
Look at me know im questioning my own sanity!!!!0 -

Sounds like we all need to block this one! Definately report her to save anyone else having to deal with herNot been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550

If you NPB her it will prove it's not just you...0

Yea def report her messages as abuse to EBay and if you still can give her a unpaid strike. At least this way it will get her off eBay and stop her hassling other sellers too. You might as well now as you got her abuse anyway.
The only way you gave her one was if you reported a unpaid transaction and if the buyer doesnt either pay or respond by day 8 (i think this is correct) they get a strike i think but i am sure you will be able to see if you did in your resolution centre under related links part in the "my EBay" section on the left. Click on it then further down the page it will tell you.Member of Thrifty Gifty ~ Making money for Christmas 2010:£2 Savers club member no 40 ~ £54Amazon Vouchers BingoPort ~ £10Dooyoo Challenge Jan ~ £24.07 / £20.00 Yippee over target :j0 -
Tell her that you have reported her abusive messages to eBay (and do it) and that if you receive any more abuse then you will contact the Police.0

Thanks 3 cheeky princesses,I just had a look and as I thought it said 0 cases in 12 months,so obviously I havent reported her by accident!!!!
Also to note she said ebay had confirmed to her i had reported her,and after I had thought about it,I realised that alone was strange because this was after about 10 mins of our first email today and ebay are never fast at answering any queries are they!!!!!!!!0 -
As others have said, bang in a NPB then email her to say that you have done so it couldn't have been you before.0
