Guys, I appreciate the help. However, I don't think it is necessary to post these additional details as the warden correctly issued the ticket.
My grounds for appeal would be that I have a valid permit, but it fell off the windscreen. Would this be strictly dismissed?
If the warden correctly issued the ticket why are you posting? If your permit fell off it it was therefore not correctly displayed as required.
Sarah advised you to upload all details. The only way you can escape this penalty charge is if something is legally amiss so do as advised for us to highlight any irregularities or pay up and let us concentrate on someone who will put up a fight.0
