6 month contract on 3
anyone know, or have experience of, how closely 3 adhere to their terms and conditions? Let me elaborate....
On the face of it, it appears only the skype phone is available on the 6 month tariff. However, in the terms and conditions it states:
"6 month minimum term contract offer available for a limited period to new approved customers registering on either Mix & match 300 or 500 with either the LG U300, Nokia 6151, Nokia 6288, Nokia 6120, Nokia 3120, Sony Ericsson Z610iR, Sony Ericsson K610iR or 3 Skypephone"
Of the above phones only the skype and nokia 3120 appear to be avaiable. The advantage of the Nokia is that Quidco offer £32.50 on a m&M300 contract instead of £20 for the skype phone
Bit when you select the nokia and M&M300. The only contract that comes up is the 18 month term. How does this square with what it says in terms and conditions?

"for a limited period" - I took a 6 months contract in a 3 shop when they had the Nokia available... I had problems getting out of it at the end of the 6 months... as in their system apparently I had a 18 months contract. I had a receipt from the shop where it was written 6 months, but I had to talk 6 times to CS and go back to the shop and put them to talk to CS... brrrr...0
