Martins Free Budget Planner

I am using Martins Free Budget Planner. It's really good but I would like to be able to change the Categories so that they more accurately reflect my own outgoings. For example I would like to put Parking into the Travel and Transport Category. However when I try to do this I get a message saying that the cell/chart is protected and is read only. When I try to remove the protection it prompts for a password.

Two questions:
The planner has been provided to me free of charge by MSE and is copyrighted by them. Is it right/ethical to adapt the planner or would MSE not want that? (Its not going to be shared or distributed..it's only for me)

If it is okay from a MSE point of view then are there any 'techie' ways I can change the categories?

Thanks
SB
