Warning -Check your loyalty points on receipts

Well, the matter has now been investigated and the employer disciplined- but he keeps his job! So I'm very sorry if you have lost any points, which will undoubtedly be unrecoverable unless you check all your receipts from the last month.
I have been told that he had a temporary card (piece of paper??) which he used when people did not have a clubcard . It was not a registered card and was supposedly collecting points just to see how many he could collect!!!! It was accidently scanned rather than my card as the machines are apparently so sensitive.

May be he should try stamp collecting or train spotting rather than something which could be perceived as fraudulent.
I shall be writing to head office to see what they think.

A pity Asda is not closer to my house.

Just to let you know guys that it no longer reminds staff to put on green clubcard points at the till. It is part of their training to do it, just like asking for a clubcard.

I'm sick of spending £100+ on a trolley load of shopping, using my own bags to pack. Then having to remind the cashier to add the green points, but noticing afterwards that shes only given me 5 or 6 points despite me telling her that i have used 13 or so. My solution is no lorger to use my own bags- its simply not worth it for that few points, and in anycase the carriers are re-used at home as bin liners.

the tills in our store no longer have either of the prompts
