I want find out, as I have been bumped & am experiencing some pain & have been contacted by the other persons insurance & feel that the offer may be derisory & want to be armed with all the facts
When did you have your accident?
How injured are you? have you got medical evidence that you've presented to the insurers? What does it say?
How long do you expect to be injured for?
What have the insurers offered and on what have they based their offer?
On what do you base your belief that the offer is too low? Is it because you have had advice? You have spoken to someone in the pub? You just want more?0 -
Whatever you do, go to the doctors!! I had an accident; s!!!!ed from the rear into the car in front. Although no problems initially, later I did. Ensure you get so treatment - physio, as trust me you do suffer in the end. The muscle itself is stretched & will not be repairable & if left becomes cronic. I had a payout of 6.5k but had to fight for it, but still 5yrs on, I have to do the strectching etc. & winter, well that's another thing to worry about.0
