Hi All,
I am trying to find out what the average legal cost is for a Solicitor to act for an injured driver? Also is the cost for Solicitor for the driver at blame the same? Also I would like to know the average cost for whiplash injury?
Can anyone help me please?

Depends.... are you the injured? Did you gently bump someone up the backside and now they want to sue the ar5e off you? If the latter, think you are possibly done for my love.... the world we live in stinks..Genie

I want find out, as I have been bumped & am experiencing some pain & have been contacted by the other persons insurance & feel that the offer may be derisory & want to be armed with all the facts0

you're looking at between £1000 and £2500 for whiplash, depending on how long you're in pain. The solicitor will claim their fees from the other insurance company.
I've had £2500 and £17500 -
I got £1800 this year for a whiplash injury, depends on a lot of factors how much time off, severity of pain, how has it affected your daily life, has it effected your hobbies etc.if i had known then what i know now0

Ask them for £2500/2000 or you will get solicitors involved which will cost them a whole lot more:Dif i had known then what i know now0 -
Your best going to one of these no win no fee things hun. But if you are claiming for whiplash you will have to go to a private medical.

The value of the claim depends on your injuries. How long is the injury expected to last? How severe is it?
Costs - recoverable from the fault driver's insurers.0 -

All these moody whiplash claims have made insurance costs treble.
You have a crash, feel a bit sore, a day or two later you're fine.
Does anyone really deserve thousands for this?
You all know that sooner or later this gravytrain will stop?"Love you Dave Brooker! x"
