Gone for good
Having called india countless times, i finally sent a complaint by email then 2 recorded letters to Glasgow. Decided to call head office yesterday and told i could cancel both my contracts 1 with 2 months left and the other with 16 months on it.

where can l find how much the termination fee for my contract is on 3 ? have been a customer of theirs for years but completely fed up with their standard of service and looking to change..

It's be what ever's left on your contract. So if your 13 months into an 18 month contract you'll have to pay 5 months line rental less the vat.0
