I'm here Skinty....just about to have another medicinal mulled wine. Either someone's blurred all the letters on my keyboard, or I'm becoming slightly tiddly

I need to do lots of ironing later or I'd join you in a glass Spud but don't fancy ironing when a bit tiddly.

You not any better then? hope OH is looking after you.

Erm, he's asleep in the chair now after his wine, but he has been looking after me really well. He even went out at 2am yesterday to find me something to relieve sinus pain :p

The kids have just put the tree up, we've been having our mulled wine and we've had chirstmas songs on the telly.....very festive :xmastree:

    Pania, you OK hun?

I've been around all afternoon but everyone seems to be either ill or must be out shopping.

I've just had another rubbish visit to b+q. I really, REALLY hate going in there. I had to get a sheet of mdf and have it cut. I went in the other day and they didn't have the thickness I had to get. I went back today and they have loads but the big saw thingy is out of order until at least Monday.

To be honest, I don't give a toss about some pipework being boxed in but OH does. It does look better after it's done (OH did some in the bedroom) but I wouldn't be crying in my pillow if it wasn't done.

Also looked at all the borders in case one has to be go back up - the glue still won't come off. There was only 1 that didn't completely offend my eyes so I'm keeping everything crossed that a way is found to get the glue off. They were all so dated, it was like being stuck in 1996!
