Orange Customer Services
Hi all,
Let me fill you in briefly with the story. I carried on for about 9-10 months on my orange contract paying more than I thought I would but just accepting it - I go to Isle of Man quite often so end up paying roaming.
Anyways, about 5 weeks ago I got fed up and thought I would go through my bills and check why I had been spending so much. Anyways, found a few things on my bill that I didn't sign up for and hence wrote a letter to CS about this wanting my money back. After 4 weeks I heard nothing so found an email address for the executive office (executive.office@orange.co.uk) and decided to contact them to get as I heard you can get a better response from them. Still not heard anything from them.
Now 5 weeks down the line and still no response from them - am raging.
Didn't bother ringing as from past experience that gets you next to nowhere!!
Anyone got any experience in this and any ideas as to how I get a quicker/satisfactory response??
Many thanks,
Matt

I sent an email to that address before and got a brilliant response. They didn't reply by email though, they called and left a message on my answer phone. Maybe try again and leave your name, address, phone number, account number, etc.
In my email I put down exactly what they'd done wrong and exactly what I wanted them to do to recify it and they did just that. Have you worked out exactly what you were overcharged for and detailed it in your email?
The email address is for their correspondence department. Maybe you could put something in writing for that department?0 -
Hi thanks for your reply.
I attached the letter I had sent to the CS department to the email address which detailed the entire list of money they owed me including the VAT charged so its all there.
Think I will email them again soon incase for any reason it was lost in cyberspace!!
Thanks again for your reply
Matt
P.S. How long did they take to get back to you?Just started comping - 1/12/08 - keep your fingers crossed!0 -
