This site is in breach of the E-commerce regulations in that it does not have any company information as required. i.e. Full postal address , Vat number or the companies registration number
The people who responsibility it is to enforce such regulations are trading standards. Contact them in the first instance but I would also be prepared to take out a action via the small claims court. Very easy to do and will cost you £30 which you can add on to your costs.
However discus with trading standards first they might be well aware of these people and if not should be."The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

Just found this thread via Google. I also placed an order in August last year with www.tabbert.co.uk and have failed to get either the part or my money back. Ewood caravans is the name on my credit card statement (only £88 so no protection there) I've E mailed trading standards and am awaiting their reply. Did you get any further DaniiX?0

http://www.blackburncitizen.co.uk/news/darwen/3544316.Lower_Darwen_businessman____stole_16_caravans___/
The date of the article was July 08 yet it says it seized trading in October
A BUSINESSMAN has been accused of stealing 16 caravans, two motor-homes and trailer worth a total of £190,000.
Iain Thane, 44, has been charged with 19 counts of theft in relation to caravans and motorhomes allegedly sold or stolen when he ran Ewood Caravans in Branch Road, Lower Darwen.
The firm ceased trading in October, police said. Officers said they received the first of several complaints soon after, from customers reporting that their caravans and motor-homes had been stolen after being left at the shop.0 -

Plenty of comment on that and where are the toothless warriers from TS doing about it.0 -

Trading Standards have replied to say Ewood Caravans have ceased trading and were dissolved by Companies House on 9/12/08.0

Because the person has clearly ran off with the money. See a couple of posts up.0 -
Hi
I have only just seen this thread whilst surfing and thought I should try and help a little.
Firstly Tabbert.co.uk has(as most will have already gathered) nothing to do with Tabbert in Germany(who have recently ceased trading by the way).
You are right to think there is a link between Tabbert.co.uk and Ewood caravans as they are or were owned by the same people. I am not sure whether I can name the individual but, a court date has been recently set in Preston Crown Court for the begining of May sometime. He has something like 41 counts against him.
I think it was Blackburn police that were dealing with the case so, maybe you could try contacting them!?!?!?!?
Hope this helps0 -
I have just seen he was named in an earlier post:o0
