What's the best 30 day pay monthly deal?

Hiya

My family currently have 4 mobiles that will finish their contract soon. I was thinking of getting one of the new 30 day pay monthly deals. There appear to be a few deals around £10 per month. Does anyone what is the best deal and what works out best when combining with reccomend a friend and cashbacks please?

    I'd go with O2 simplicity 15 , unlimited calls between o2 , 30 day contract , can do quidco or topcashback on it

    I think this is still available, Voda 600 mins and UL texts for £20 PM 30 day rolling contract.

    ps, Quidco were doing £90 cashback.
