Supanet Broadband

I am currently on Supanet dial up and am tempted by Supanet Broadband 2 at 14.99 for up to 2Mb 2GB bandwidth and free modem and connection - seems a good deal. My experience of Supanet with dial up has been excellent. Has anyone used Broadband 2 ? What are your experiences?

I am on Supanet broadband unlimited and think I pay £22.99 a month, not had any major problems with the service apart from the odd time when I cannot access the internet but that has not happened for quite a while and they seems to sort the problems out pretty quick. I think there are worse Broadband suppliers like Bulldog who always get slated as they offer a very poor service.
On receiving my modem and account details in the post the did screw my details up and supplied me with an incorrect email account and did not activate the account so I had to phone the premium rate number to get it sorted but never had any other problems0 -
Funny I had a similar problem with Supanet...The broadband enabling of my line wasn't done properly and I ended up on a premium line number to a gentleman in India who hadn't a clue!
..After that they have been fine once I got through to someone in the UK who got it sorted pretty quicklyThe Early bird may catch the worm ...but its the second mouse that gets all the cheese!0 -
I'm on supanet 2mb, 2gb limit at the moment and I am very happy with the service - although I have nothing to compare it against!0

They appear to have very bad customer satisfaction record, sometimes the adsl is down, the inclusive modems/routers don't arrive, the adsl service(s) to new customers not connected correctly ... etc.
I understand all companies have unsatisfied customers but, BD do appear to have quite a few vocal ones
I'd avoid them tbh, better providers availableProudly Banking & Saving With:
