well after a lot of web reading I decided to go for a Samsung Omnia on O2 found a deal on mobiles.co.uk's site for 'clearance' Omnia's it said they were in stock so I ordered..and waited and waited. Finally got through on their phone lines to be told it is not in stock. well there you go, I had ploughed through a few threads on various forums about this company and their so called in stock or ' coming this week' items but thought the Omnia was common enough, even though it was 'clearance' to be in stock when it says. What is more annoying is no mail to tell me, nothing and the operator said 'maybe 2 weeks. so I have cancelled, she said I would receive a mail to confirm this which I haven't so far. So I hope I'm not going to find this order turning up sometime. Any ideas how to cover myself as regards cancelling?_pale_
