  • Hi

First post! Tesco in Barrow in Furness yesterday I bought three paperback books priced at "£3.97 each or three for £10". Got through the checkout and though they'd scanned correctly at £3.97 each the "three for £10" offer didn't work. So I got three for £0.00!

Not sure if it'll be the same in all stores or even for all books, but the three I bought were all by Dean Koontz (Titles: "Midnight", "Dark Rivers of the Heart" & "Odd Thomas").

    Happy reading!

  • Picked up yesterday two packs of Healthly Living Diced Pork. Can't remember precise SELs and pack prices but the difference was significant.
CS refunded with a smile. I told them I had been there the day before and hadn't been able to find anything, to which she replied "Yes, we had noticed". Gawd, Big Brother is watching me!

I visited the Huddersfield store hunting for and r+r

I couldnt find any but I saw the batteries were 2 for £4 or 2.65 each. I picked up 2 packs and was charged £5.30. stoped by the CS desk and refunded no problem the CS person did go check the SEL but she didnt return with it.

I tried it again in another store and was charged £4 so it isnt 100%

Bought James and the Giant Peach DVD labelled £5.97 or 2 for £10. Came up at a whopping £24.99! Girl on till said you could get a whole DVD player for that. Asked me if it was ok to put it through and go to custmer services for a refund or she would need to get a manager for a void. I said oh ok - she did have a big queue!
