Tesco misprices thread II - please only post misprices here

Have been reading this thread and as a result went shopping in Tesco's -although not really near us.

Spotted a good bargain of batman mini skateboard at £3.89 when I put it under scanner it was £5.97 so i took 2. Got full refund right away didn't have to ask-just as well I' m not sure if I would be able to. (St Rollox, Glasgow).

Trouble is Tesco's isn't near us and this might be as addictive as the boots thread!

Tesco Extra on Western Avenue in Cardiff on Saturday had unfatted topside SEL £6.28 a kilo, pack price £6.48 a kilo. CS staff tried fobbing me off by saying it was for a different product........untill I pointed out the code on the SEL and the code on the pack They weren't happy but hey.

Just got back from Tescos

Water hyacinth shelf basket SEL £5 Price on label £2.94. scanned at £5.

Medium packs of Chicken legs price per Kilo on SEL £1.99 price on pack £2.49

I also got the chicken drumsticks today.
Great big yellow signs saying £1.99 kg, packs still saying £2.49 kg.
The CS lady told me its a new offer, so old packs at old price are mixed in together.
Got R&R.
Might be worth looking out for as its a national promotion that's just started.

just back from mr.T's.got a tesco cylinder vacuum cleaner (model vc404).there were 2 sel's,one @£27.97 and the other @£29.93.got charged £29.93. got a refund and walked out hoovering the tesco's floor!!!!!!!!

My first R+R today - think it is a new misprice too!

Fresh Melon, Mango & Blueberry 200g (refrigerated fruit section)
Labelled 'Buy 2 for £2.50' instead of £1.49 each.
Scanned as full price.

CS tried to give me the difference - but gave me full refund when I queried their ignored policy! No apology either!!

Chicken drumsticks and rump steak appear to be a national misprice -

2 chicken drumsticks SEL £1.99 kg, pack £2.49 kg

2 packs rump steak SEL £6.68kg, pack £6.98 (CS even tried calculating the weight of the pack manually to check the price was what the pack said! - and pointed out that I had taken the last two.... so considering they weren't aware of the problem, how many people had been overcharged today!)

Sharwoods egg noodles SEL 62p, scans 99p

Beware - mince SEL £1.63, pack £1.93, but scans £1.63 - can't win them all I suppose!

Found a Dyson misprice label, but unfortunately no Dysons on the shelf!

Tried my luck at Tower Park, Poole tonight - I went with a list to see what I could find.
Joey series 1 scanned at £19-99 on the price scanner - same as sel so I left it.
Managed to get a box of 24 coke from an end of aisle display sel £6-75 went through checkout at £6-95. It was a football/£6-95 flashed pack, but I got a refund and she removed the sel.

I also bought 3 side plates and 6 dinner plates from the Ocean range. They were both located between the Linen and Illusion ranges. There was a large sel which stated '3 for £4-92 on Linen, Ocean Breeze and Illusion ranges'

CS wouldn't budge as 'Ocean' isn't the same as 'Ocean Breeze' Fair enough but even though I pointed out that if they weren't in the offer, they shouldn't be between the 2 that were. There were no Ocean Breeze anywhere and when I see Ocean on the label, that should apply.
Found a manger too, but she wouldn't budge either. She did agree that it was very misleading though.

Still, got a free box of coke anyway.

OK, so I know this isn't a misprice post, but it's not a discussion either. It's a valid point though for others. Remove it if you have to.....

This offer is not in all stores at the same time. I saw it at 4/5 stores in the home counties / east anglia two weeks ago, but it seems to have all-but dried up this week with prices going back to £2.45 per kg. Found some in Milton Keynes on Saturday, but other stores have no yellow SELs for it or, quite common are the yellow reduced SELs showing £2.45 crossed out, new price £2.45.
