If you can make and receive calls correctly on your Vodafone handset, then from a network point of view, the port has been done correctly. It sounds as though something has failed in the customer service system that should have marked your account as ported out, but the provisioning side of things appears to have worked (because you're receiving calls to your ported out number on the Voda handset). I would have to disagree with Orange's advice that it is Vodafone's problem to sort, it sounds as though the fault is at their end.0
