Help new modem /Virgin internet and cant get wireless router to work

Sorry for the remark about sheep dipsy. It was you avatar that made me think of sheep.

You can download your manual here which should help you with configuring your router. Changing your modem should not however have any affect on your routers settings.

one of my friends had this problem after installing a new router - all i needed to to was to clone the MAC address of the device that was connected directly to the modem (ie. his computer) before the router was installed.
