It may not be very personal but using a template for e-mails saves a lot of time. Rather than having to type every single one.
It is no different then your electric/gas bill or anything else they are done on templates.
I don't see any problem. As long as you have had answer what difference does it make.

I remember being told that, but I was wondering if PB had done anything about it - its completely pointless to stake your PB points if you will lose either way... kinda defeats the point of a bet...0
