What's the procedure for this? Forward the confirmation e-mail to pigsback?
On the basis of one woof for yes and 2 for no

  • My OH hasn't got his points for Cyberslotz yet either, despite him forwarding the confirmation emails to PB :(

It may not be very personal but using a template for e-mails saves a lot of time. Rather than having to type every single one.

It is no different then your electric/gas bill or anything else they are done on templates.

I don't see any problem. As long as you have had answer what difference does it make.

I'm not bothered that they sent me a standard e-mail, I just don't think it's fair because I definitely placed my order through them and now it's conveniently 'lost'.

Hi all!!! I have just been speaking to Darragh and what a nice person! He has reassured me that my long lost voucher will be with me shortly and he apologised for the problems caused. My faith in pigsback has been restored!
I hope that all the people with problems with pigsback get them sorted soon. The best thing to do if they do not reply to emails is to phone them and they will help you straight away!
    Take care all!!!!

Good for you Binxy. I wouldn't say I love Pigsback, but I definitely enjoy Pigsback and to be quite honest I think I'm probably addicted.
Same here, and I wouldn't deny Binxy a single moment of enjoyment from PB!!

But I thought, "I did feel the need to profess my love - yes love is not too strong a word - for Pigsback" was just a bit strong! Love Is A Many-Splendored Thing, sang Nat King Cole, but I wouldn't extend it quite so far as to PB! ;)

Good to have the boots vouchers back. Pity I don't need them right now. Really would like choice vouchers, but I suppose I'll have to wait for the moment.

Thinking of treating myself to a Panasonic breadmaker....but can't justify the cost as I already have a cheaper make. So I am trying to save up vouchers from various sources to enable me to buy one. I've waited this long...suppose I could wait a bit longer.
