I got Toptable finally!!! It definately wasn't there before.

I clicked on it before and entered competition, but know it came with 10 points click and I was allowed to enter competition again!!!!!

I have been in e-mail correspondence with PB about the non-awarding of my Cyberslotz points since 11th January. When asked to, I provided copies of e-mails from Cyberslotz to show that I had registered for the first time, deposited money and gambled. Now I have received the following:

"I appreciate you are eager to receive these PiggyPoints.
Your registration with Cyberslotz is not in question, however in order for Pigsback.com to issue Points to your account, we must wait on confirmation from Cyberslotz that the registration and the cash deposit came through the PIgsabck.com offer.

Pigsback sent a list of member accounts plus confirmation mails to Cyberlsotz, and we await their response.
We will have an update on the matter however by the end of the week."


This is a complete turnaround, as up until now my registration has, in fact, been called into question on several occasions.

I can only hope that these points are awarded by the end of the week, so that I have a chance of obtaining some of the new vouchers that are being offered.

I made a purchase worth about £45 from Pet Planet through Pigsback in December and never got any points. Here is the reply (after two enquiry e-mails I sent them):

Hi Yana,

Thanks for your mail.

Pigsback.com issued PetPlanet PiggyPoints for December purchases last week, according to the purchases they recorded as originating from the offer on Pigsback.com.

I'm afraid your account is not on the list and is therefore ineligible to receive any Points for a purchase as Pigsback.com can only credit Points for purchases PetPlanet approve.

I'm very sorry I couldn't help you on this occasion however, if you have any further queries please let me know.

Yay, got Top Table and Miss Selfridge, still only have 50 points though as ordered £30 Leisure Vouchers yesterday. OH has 1050 so hoping for 5 clickthru's on Monday so he can order Boots voucher - if there's any left!

I got exactly the same email (well, except for name) couple of days ago and then last month for November points. Are they just doing 'copy-paste'???
Has anyone actually got their points for purchases awarded after email'ing PB or just an answer: sorry, you are not on the list?
