I dont think this is good enough as Rula was 1st to be evicted after bet was placed, and what abvout others (like me) who placed bets after Faria had already been evicted but considered they had lost.

Without commenting on individual members accounts and bets, the only option open to us is to refund the original stake of EVERYONE who entered the jackpot; anyone who has been credited with PiggyPoints as winnings will be allowed keep them and we'll just have to ensure we don't have bets like this again. I'll get them credited back to accounts as soon as possible.

On a related matter we're changing the rules of Jackpots so that the minimum win that you can get on a Jackpot is your original stake plus 10%. This is being worked on at the moment and I'll let you know when implemented. We will not be crediting people retrospectively.

hi all
i finally had my £5 cheque credited to cyberslotz and have recieved confirmation email saying it has now been deposited also played my money (and theirs won £60 ) and now wondering if i should chase P.B. up about it now for the piggy points or give it till monday what do you all think

I just emailed the postmaster about my missing London points, and Garnier points. although i signed up for these yonks ago, i did not presume i would have to keep the emails and have to chase them up. Hopefully this wont be the case when Pigsback get back to me! I sent an email with all my pigsback details, also mentioning MSE and Darragh in the subject line. i'll keep you guys posted on what happens!

Catanna, you've inspired me to do the same! Am missing London, Garnier and Intrepid points and had given up all hope of receiving. But I've emailed postmaster (for the second time), quoting all the right things, and hopefully I'll get somewhere....

Have also queried the whereabouts of my Advent squeezy pig, which I was told would be sent out to me last Tuesday and still hasn't arrived. I think he might be walking...
