Just thought I'd let you know that after telephoning BHS Head office they suggested phoning the branch where the slippers were purchased.

Spoke to a very helpful young man in Wrexham BHS who immediately went to the slipper stand, found a pair in the same size and colour (he checked they were a proper pair without being asked) and he is posting them out to us tonight. We asked for a return label for the faulty pair so if he puts that in too they'll get the original ones back.

Great service, carried out with pleasantness and humour, well done BHS :T - I'll pop along to the 5* board and praise them over there.
