A Little Help With Orange 'Dolphin' Package

Hello! I have been on Orange for a while now and realised I was still on the Orange Payg International calling plan! So I decided Id go for the Dolphin Payg package seeing as I top up quite a bit and free facebook ect would be a help!

Now I changed it a few days ago and topped up.When I call 453 it tells me my balance and to press 1 to see what I need to do to get my rewards,so I do and it tells me that I need to top up by dec the 7th/8th or something to get my rewards.....now im fine waiting till then but most of the people I know on it get there rewards within a few hours,days at most.

Is there anything I need to do? cheers!

Hi. You've probably sorted this by now but I thought I'd mention my experience for other readers as well.

I topped up by £10 but was still receiving reminders to top up by £10 or more by a certain date to get my rewards next month.

So I rang 450 and spoke to an adviser who gave me my 300 free texts straight away, starting from the day I rang up (not from when I topped up) so I didn't lose any days to use the free texts by.

I've also read elsewhere that free access to the internet might not be limited to Facebook and Bebo etc., but might include all sights. However, this was written over a year ago where I read it, and I have yet to test it myself.

I also remember a long time ago it was possible to ring abroad for free from an Orange phone! It was some sort of glitch in their system that kicked in every now and then. I haven't heard of this recently and I'm not going to be testing it.

(Just for the record, I am not admitting to ringing abroad for free using the Orange network myself!)
