Are Guaranteed Equity Bonds being wrongly "promoted" on the site.
The 125% of the FTSE GEB from NS&I (albeit subject to income tax at your highest rate
) that prompted Martin's original article has been withdrawn.
We are getting questions on Savings and Investments where that article has been misinterpreted by readers.
GEBs are currently slagged off by both IFAs and their MSE opponents. When you get that combination singing in harmony it is time for MSE to smell the coffee.
