orange:unable to make calls but can send texts

today i have been unable to make calls but can send texts.....ive tried turning phone off...ive got full signal and battery.


cant call customer services or find the proper mobile number to call from another line....

any ideas????

    This will be quite an expensive call from a landline. Try calling 0500 801080 and selecting option 3. This is a free call from a normal landline BT phone.

    For Orange C/S the freephone number is 0800 80 10 80.

    Don't worry about it saying this number has changed as it will connect you to an operator eventually

    The number is now 0800 079 5000.

    However, if you call 0800 80 10 80, you will get a message that the number has changed, then be connected. I still tend to dial this as I can remember the number!
