I have been looking at this account. They are now offering 3.59%.

Investec say they are covered under the FSCS, and they are definitely registered with the FSCS, but where can I find out the terms of the coverage? Are they fully covered by the FSCS or is it partial coverage by a.n.other with the balance being made up by the the FSCS, like Icesave were and ING currently are?

    Thanks

They are registered as full members so you are covered by the 50K guarantee. You can check here .
  • I was pleased by my £50 referral that I got last week, just don't have many friends with 25k + to open an account, if you do PM me :)

That's around when I signed up after doing some extensive research/checking eg FSA regulation, which of their 'charges' apply, whether BACS is possible/free, how on-line monitoring works etc.
Why? (Feel free to PM me with queries if they are specific rather than of general interest to all)

Am just about to send cheque and application form off for new High 5 account - and am totally new customer with Investec.
Am I right in thinking that if I quote your account details we BOTH get a golden £50 ??

Thanks for useful comment about charges - they are not clear, the one page I read simply said '...different charges apply for different methods of withdrawal.'
