It's a really delicious heavy moist cake, almost like brownie texture. I made a big rectangular cake then just cut it using a deep biscuit cutter to the size I wanted. Then I put the frosting over the top and round the sides. Next I melted some chocolate in a bowl over hot water, then spread it onto greaseproof paper on a tray and put it in the fridge. When it was almost set, I scored the lengths I wanted (about an inch taller than the cake and half an inch wide). It then breaks easily when set properly and I just placed it round the side before decorating the top with grated chocolate, smarties and more chocolate pieces!
Enjoy-the house smells delicious for days after all that choc!! :-)
