Free Orange Broadband and evening weekend calls

Options
I have been offered free orange broadband and free evening and weekend calls via Orange on an 18 month contract provided that I keep my Orange mobile contract. Has anyone been offered this broadband/phone service? I cannot believe such an offer so, is it to good to be true, or are there draw backs?

Regards

Look HERE , then see what you think.
However a work mate took the deal 2years ago, he's on £40/mth contract, he is a very light user and has had no real problems once he got it set up.
    Move along, nothing to see.

I,ve been with orange for the last two years with no problems but some do.

My broadband is free with my mobile contract on a retention deal at £20pm.

Nothing but praise from me about this deal.
  • Am on the same deal but pay £5/month for wireless.

Orange is appallingly slow in the evening but otherwise OK

  • I signed 18month mobile contract offering free broadband last year.

I got my MAC, gave it to Orange, registered for BB. After 6 weeks nothing had arrived - not even a letter. I was eventually told that my BB contract had been cancelled by Orange. I was to phone back in 1 week...etc etc.

Eventually after weeks and weeks attempting to resolve the situation and re-register (several times) and being lied to (several more times) and being led on a right merry dance, I wrote two formal letters of complaint to CS and then emailed Executive Office...

The upshot of this is in twelve weeks of trying to have Orange connect me to broadband, they failed.

I only signed the contract because they were offering me free broadband. So I've been in a much more expensive contract than I would have wanted, and I had to pay for BB elsewhere.

Oh and last week I also recieved the same offer of free broadband from Orange as the OP.
Ha! - I can't wait to leave them.

Wow! that does sound like a pretty darn good deal, nice one! :D
Might have to give orange a look when I'm next looking to update my phone ;)

I have Panther 45 websave @ £20 with 2000Xtra mins & £5 Broadband Unlimited - the old Orange BB deals were the best as calls were routed via BT now Orange become your calls provider on any of the advertised deals on the website - so make sure if you get offered FREE broadband your calls dont leave BT or any other CPS you use
