Recently thought of changing ISP as Pipex was getting expensive compared to most others. When I phoned to ask for my MAC code, they asked what I had been offered, matched that and doubled my speed.
My son did the same after that and got the same deal. JUST ASK!!!

Pipex seem to have changed then. When I was about to leave them I asked if they had any deal to match my next ISP and they didn't even bother to reply. Looks like they may have woken up to C/s at last.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

sounds like a good turn around for customers within the last week (not that I am a cstomer of theirs)
Though I have a theory (and its not that Pipex have improved at all) - they wont respond to emails, but if you phone them up - you'll get a response0 -
I think your'e right in my innocence I assumed an ISP would know how to use e-mails. It seems I was wrong.mrJ wrote:sounds like a good turn around for customers within the last week (not that I am a cstomer of theirs)
