phones 4u is this their refund policy ?
hi, wondered if anyone has had this experience, i bought a siemens flip phone from the phones 4u store on 02 network.(they could not supply online in time for xmas)they said any problems, they will refund before 9th Jan.
on taking it back today, packed in box complete etc etc they said that although sim had not been activated, they HAVE to charge £10. They explained this was to do with 02. BUT no mention of this was made at time of purchase.ie the refund was made,THE FULL AMOUNT LESS £10...Has anyone else had this experience or is this a company policy. If it isn't does anyone know who i address a stiff letter to. thanks in advance
