Is this a good deal or could I get better?

Currently an orange contract mobile customer and telephoned to enquire re broadband for home as currently have no internet access since moving home in May.
Also need new computer so they offered me a free laptop if I signed up for a 24 month contract at £24.50 and this with a wireless dongle.
Do you think I should go for it or does anyone know of a similar deal I could get elsewhere.
