bt tag removal

can anyone give me an up to date phone number for bt's tag removal team. i've twice had my tiscali order cancelled for a phone & broadband bundle because there is a bt tag on my phone line from my existing package and no-one will take it off for me despite numerious phone calls. HELP!:mad:

From your existing package? Do you mean your previous package, or are you still active with BT?
