CPW - Motorola V3 99p a month
Hi,
CPW have the Motorola V3 pink for 99p for 8 months. I just looked on the terms and conditions and it says that cashback is given automatically and on the 4th and 8th bill. Does this mean that you can cancel the contract after having the 8th bill?? It does state that you have to be conected for 12 months but i was wondering how would they (CPW) know if you had cancelled the contract?

It wouldn't make a difference to the CPW. If you cancel the contract early, the mobile phone network will ask for full payment for the term of the contract. That is to say that if you cancel after the 8th month, the mobile phone company will demand payment for months 9, 10, 11 and 12 before cancelling the contract. They will be legally entitled to claim that money from you, as your contract is for 12 months. You won't be able to cancel unless you pay up front the remaining months of the contract. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

Thats what I thought but i was justing checking!! Thought it might of been a good offer if not have to pay orange for the 9, 10, 11 + 12 months!
Never mind!0
