I signed up for the treats in November I think. I didn't get a text telling me that it was activated I found out by chance. So how do I cancel the treat as I dont want to get charged for it. I have tried ringing the same number and it just gives me the two options one about what the treats are and the other letting you chose a treat. So i'm a bit baffled on how to cancel it I did email o2 and ask and the jist of the email was they weren't sure so its best to wait till its ended as I should get a text message.
Thank you for your help.

You didn't say which treat you selected. Existing customer treats (if you have been with 02 for six months) last for 3 months from the date of activation and I don't think it is necessary to cancel them as they just expire. The new customer joining treats (free Bolt-Ons) are chargeable from month 4 and you can cancel them by calling 2425 or by text message. You can find out how to unsubscrible to the Bolt-Ons here.MonkeyGirl wrote:I signed up for the treats in November I think. I didn't get a text telling me that it was activated I found out by chance. The following is from the 02 terms and conditions:-
In month 4 customers will be charged the standard Bolt On charge, currently Messaging 100 - £6.99/mth, O2 Home 250 - £4.99/mth, Calls 50 - £7.99/month. If you do not wish to continue with your Bolt On beyond the 3 month promotion you must OPT OUT at least 72 hours before your Bolt On payment is due. You will receive a notification text message 7 days before the end of month 3 informing you that you will be charged one of the above rates unless you OPT OUT of the promotion.0 -
