Great service from O2

As most people seem to have a moan about their ISP's I would just like to give credit to O2 broadband for excellent service. I lost my BB connection yesterday afternoon and after having spent about an hour (free call!) with their very helpful, UK based, Techi people, they decided it must be a faulty modem/router. I was told that they would send a new one ASAP. As this was at 5pm yesterday I was really surprised to recieve the modem (plus a pre-payed jiffy bag to return the old modem) at 10am this morning.
As I had no BB last night I thought a trip to the pub might help!! To cut a long story short (about 4 pints worth!!) it turned out that not only could I not get BB but Orange and BT were down as well. We can only assume that their had been a problem at the local exchange as we were all back online at about 8pm.
So a big THANK YOU to O2 for being very patient with a non techi silver-surfer.
