This is a great site with free downloadable software for children with learning difficulties. It would also be appropriate for very young children too.

Try http://www.northpole.com/ it has a brilliant selection for children of all ages, to get them in the Christmas mood! Even has a facility to make a book (not a thick one) with their name in and other personal details which you can print off for free. Take a look you won't be disappointed if you like Christmas that is.................0

Hi Karen! Home schooling is great isn't it! I home tutor my daughter who has dyslexia. Mind you, you need deep pockets sometimes....our local Home Ed group has activities on most days!!! Anyway, thought I would say Hi! There are quite a few home edders on MSE! Penny-Sue xHi,
I homeschool my 2 autistic kids on a very tight budget - here are some sites (not just for special needs) I've found useful for free resources such as reading books, colouring pages, games etc. These should keep your children happy for many an hour!

Thanks for this. I live near Priorywoods school and I know it has a great reputation and gives fantastic care & attention to their pupils. My children attend a nearby school which also caters for children with special needs. I am always searching the web for useful info & downloads for the school so I will pass on this link. Thankyou.Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0
