I used Going places. Booked to leave Manchester on 6th October, staying at Silver Sands Hotel (http://silversandsbarbados.com/). We got a little discount as I have family who works at Going Places but it is still cheap. You can also stay at other hotels that can be more expensive or cheaper...

https://www.virginatlantic.com have a seat sale on at the minute. Valid for seats March and April but you need to book pretty soon. https://www.xl.com are selling charter seats to BGI for well under £300. Under £200 at short notice so they are worth a look. Have a look on https://www.bigorangeboat.com too as there is a section on getting to Barbados on it.

I'm guessing you all want flights and Accomodation as well. I know for sure you can get flights here at Newmont Travel, but it's worth giving htem a call to see if they do all inclusives. But I get good flight prices here.
