Hi Does anyone have any idea what a "good" deal is for Barbados at this time of year, my partner need to go over to see long lost family, so kind of a holiday, am wondering if anyone knows what a good deal is as this is peak season.....14 days for £2100...sounds a bit pricey...

I know you can get a better deal for a fact. I am going in October family of 4 for 2 weeks in the Silver Sands resort (very nice) and total cost will be £1400 including insurance. I went last year in April and stayed in Windsurf Beach Aprts. As a couple this cost us £1048 but the hotel was not great. Both of these deals were with Going Places flying from Manchester with MyTravel. My aunt works for Going Places and sources great holiday prices for me. If you want any advice feel free to mail me on Pete_Doyle7@Hotmail.com list all of your questions and I will do my best to answer as best I can by the end of the week. By the way Barbados is the most relaxing place on the planet...!! bar none!

I have to agree with Pete. I was there in April, superb, but we had an apartment and ate out. I've done a lot of travelling and rarely go back to the same place as there so much I still want to see. However, if I was to go back anywhere it would be Barbados0

Flights are only £350 each, with BA. So that leaves a fair amount for your accommodation.0

Why do you need a car? Just jump on one of the reggae buses that run regularly.0 -

No one is answering the question! How many of you going in April. I always think that if I am happy paying the price it is a good deal, if not then shop around.
